Hi, Friend! I’m Avva, and the #1 thing that you need to know about me is that every time a movie gets released in which the “good girl-bad boy” relationship is idolized, a portion of my precious soul shrivels up and dies. Now with that out of the way, I welcome you to my blog: the place where I rant, rave and ramble about the books, movies, and TV shows I love or hate. Mostly hate.
Ok. Here’s what you need to know about my reviews:
- My reviews are NOT objective. Not at all. They are just my personal opinions. Nobody asked for them, but here they are anyways.
- I write really mean reviews. Just handing out one-star ratings to your faves like candy at a kid’s birthday party.
- I try not to swear (much) on my blog, but when I do? I really mean it.
- All my reviews have a “bottom line” if you don’t feel like reading the whole thing (& who can blame you?)
What else? I’m a lover of all things spooky, scary, skeletons. Yellow is my favorite color. I buy too many books and wait too long to read them. And finally: I’m an introvert through and through. When looking at the characteristics that make up an introvert, I undeniably check every box. I find it much easier to express how I feel through writing, rather than speaking, which is precisely why I started this blog. Well, that’s who I am, summed up.
